I want to thank the 'Electric Car" community here for sharing this information.http://www.commutercars.com/ .I did browse through the website but unfortunately I am unable to view the brochure or obtain order form etc. Seems like the link is not working or error in the page so it doesnt load. Is anyone else experiencing similar problem? I will continue trying at a later time.

I believe everything happens for a reason. What a coincedence, last night I watched a documentary called "Who Killed the Electric Car" and today I am meant to find this group and join. For those of you who are unaware of this movie, its about a electric car(EV) that GM developed especially for California market to address the zero emission standard darft that was in place for a brief moment and later due to pressure from various interest groups such as the governement,Oil & Gas industry etc. GM scrapped the project and recalled every car that they made and destroyed them. It was very emotional at times to see it. In the documentary they interview people who were directly invovled with the project(GM and its distributors) and the policy makers(government) at various level, even the customers and prospective buyers. It was a very successful car by many experts and there were lots of demand and there was a long waiting list of buyers. So when I saw this Tango car it reminded of the EV story. If we unite and work together we can prevent what happened to GM's EV cars.
I encourage those of you who have not heard about GM's EV car, please check you local library and I am sure they will have the DVD because i live in a small town in Oklahoma and i was able to borrow it from the local library.

This is exactly why I launched PayYourDollar.org. This project can rescue projects like these cars getting buried. Would you mind paying your dollar? -S
